We researched your tracking information and can see that the tracking information had marked the package as (Enter Last Scan). If you feel that this information is incorrect or the package may be missing  the first thing we always advise the customer to do is to reach out to their local post office to be sure the package is not being held there for any reason. 


If they are unable to provide you with any additional information we can then move forward opening up a missing package investigation on your behalf with the USPS. These investigations usually take between 4-7 days to return any additional information but at that time we can work on issuing you some compensation either in the form of a replacement package, if those items re still available, or a gift certificate to cover the amount of the items.
