Thank you for contacting us today & for being a CheapUndies customer. Typically we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, due to the nature of the site and the items we sell. However, since ups are a valued CheapUndies customer we will make an exception and allow you to return he items at your own expense, provided they meet the requirements for return. Items must be unworn, unlaundered and in the original condition they were sent to you in. Mail the items to the address marked below, be sure to include either a copy of your invoice or a note including your order number, name and the reason for the return. Plus, any special instructions about size, etc you may have for replacement.

Once we have received the items back we can then issue you a replacement for those items in the next size up. We suggest customers needing to make a return use USPS First Class Shipping for the most cost effective shipping option. If you still have the original bag the items came in you can also turn this bag inside out and reseal it in order to avoid purchasing any type of mailer. Once we receive the items back we will be in touch with you right away, let us know if you will be making a return so we can be sure to keep an eye out for the items to return.
