We researched your tracking information and can see that it was marked as delivered on (enter date). If this is not the case and you worry your package may be missing, the first thing we always suggest customers do is take their tracking number and call their local post office just to make sure the items aren’t being held for any reason.


If they are unable to provide you with any additional information we can then move forward opening up a missing package investigation on your behalf with the USPS. These investigations usually take between 4-7 days to return any additional information but at that time we can work on issuing you some compensation either in the form of a replacement package, if those items re still available, or a gift certificate to cover the amount of the items.
